Veg Biryani | Make it home like in Restaurant

Have a Delicious Vegetable Biryani Recipe. Make it at home as like restaurant recipe with your pressure cooker itself. Try it yourself at home. 





INGREDIENTS:-



Basmati rice               - 2 cups
Onion                         - 4 nos ( chopped)
Tomato                       - 2 nos ( chopped)
Ginger garlic paste     - 1 cup
Mint leaf                      - a bunch (chopped)
Green chili                  - 5 nos 
Salt                             - As required
Butter                          - 50 g
Oil                               - 5 tsps
Carrot                         - 3 nos (chopped)
Beans                         - 8 nos (chopped)
Potatto                         -2 nos (chopped)
Peas                           - a handful
Cloves                        - 3 nos
Cardamom                 - 3 nos
cinnamon sticks         - 1 no
Curd                           - 1 cup
Chili powder               - 1/2 cup
turmeric powder         - 1/2 tsp
lemon                         - 1/2 
Coriander leaf            - 1/2 cup


PROCEDURE:-




STEP 1 - Heat butter and oil in a cooker and add cloves, cardamom,etc.,



STEP 3 - Add onion and stir it well till it became brown and add tomato then stir well.

STEP 4 - Add Ginger garlic paste, green chili, mint leaf to the onion and tomato mix then stir well till the mixture separate from oil.

STEP 6 - Add Vegetables with the ingredients in the cooker and then mix well.



STEP 7 - After mixing the ingredients close the cooker and stream it for 5 mins to cook the vegetables.





STEP 8 - Then add 3 cup of water to the gravy for 2 cup of rice and add salt for taste and add rice.




STEP 9 - Add kesarri powder(if needed) for color and add some mint leafs and lemon at the top

STEP 10 - Close the Cooker lid and stream it for 10 mins and remove the lid.

STEP 11 - Garnish with Coriander leaf and serve it hot.
