Pepper Chicken recipe | cook Special Pepper chicken.

Pepper Chicken Recipe: Pepper Chicken is good for this winter season, which can help you to stay safe from cold. And it is very simple to make without grinding any masala.


Pepper Chicken 

INGREDIENTS:-

Onion                        - 4 nos ( chopped)
Tomato                      - 2 nos ( chopped)
Ginger garlic paste    - 2 tsp
Chicken                     - 500 g 
Pepper Powder          - 2 tsp
Green chili                 - 2 nos
Salt                            - As required
Oil                             - 3 tsps
Cloves                       - 1 nos
Cardamom                - 1 nos
Cinnamon sticks        - 1 no
Chili powder              - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder        - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaf           - 1/2 cup


PROCEDURE:-



STEP 1 - Take Chicken in the separate bowl and wash the chicken and drain off the water.Marinate with the ingredients like ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt. 

STEP 2 - Add oil to the hot pan add add cloves, cardamom,etc.,

STEP 3 - Add onion and stir it well till it became brown and add tomato then stir well.

STEP 4 - Add chili powder and pepper powder then mix it well.Fry everything well until the mixture lose all moisture.

STEP 5 - Add chicken with the ingredients in the pan and then mix well.

STEP 6 - Add little water and close the pan on a low flame till the chicken cook well. 

STEP 7 - After that mix well the ingredients and make it dry.

STEP 11 - Garnish with Coriander leaf and serve it hot.

Curry Leaves chutney | Side dish for tiffen items

Curry Leaves chutney, its a wonderful side dish for idly, dhosa and chapati. Curry leaves are also good for health and good for hair growth. Can you all try this and enjoy the wonderful taste of Indian recipe.




INGREDIENTS:-



Curry leaves                - 2 cups
Tamarind                     - Small size
Chana dal                   - 1 cup (Roasted)
Ginger garlic paste     - 1 tsp
Cumin                         - 1/4 tsp
Red chili                      - 3 to 4 nos 
Salt                             - As required
Oil                               - 2 tsps


PROCEDURE:-


STEP 1 - Wash curry leaves in lot of water and drain it.

STEP 2 - Soak tamarind in little warm water.

STEP 3 - Fry chana dal in a pan till lightly golden.

STEP 4 - Add red chili and fry them too till it crisp.

STEP 5 - Set these aside to cool.

STEP 6 - Fry curry leaves until get crisp and let them cool.

STEP 7 - Add ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste, roasted chana dal, salt, red chili, fired curry leaves to the mixer.

STEP 8 - Blend everything together with enough water.

Curry Leaves chutney is ready to serve.

Veg Biryani | Make it home like in Restaurant

Have a Delicious Vegetable Biryani Recipe. Make it at home as like restaurant recipe with your pressure cooker itself. Try it yourself at home. 





INGREDIENTS:-



Basmati rice               - 2 cups
Onion                         - 4 nos ( chopped)
Tomato                       - 2 nos ( chopped)
Ginger garlic paste     - 1 cup
Mint leaf                      - a bunch (chopped)
Green chili                  - 5 nos 
Salt                             - As required
Butter                          - 50 g
Oil                               - 5 tsps
Carrot                         - 3 nos (chopped)
Beans                         - 8 nos (chopped)
Potatto                         -2 nos (chopped)
Peas                           - a handful
Cloves                        - 3 nos
Cardamom                 - 3 nos
cinnamon sticks         - 1 no
Curd                           - 1 cup
Chili powder               - 1/2 cup
turmeric powder         - 1/2 tsp
lemon                         - 1/2 
Coriander leaf            - 1/2 cup


PROCEDURE:-




STEP 1 - Heat butter and oil in a cooker and add cloves, cardamom,etc.,



STEP 3 - Add onion and stir it well till it became brown and add tomato then stir well.

STEP 4 - Add Ginger garlic paste, green chili, mint leaf to the onion and tomato mix then stir well till the mixture separate from oil.

STEP 6 - Add Vegetables with the ingredients in the cooker and then mix well.



STEP 7 - After mixing the ingredients close the cooker and stream it for 5 mins to cook the vegetables.





STEP 8 - Then add 3 cup of water to the gravy for 2 cup of rice and add salt for taste and add rice.




STEP 9 - Add kesarri powder(if needed) for color and add some mint leafs and lemon at the top

STEP 10 - Close the Cooker lid and stream it for 10 mins and remove the lid.

STEP 11 - Garnish with Coriander leaf and serve it hot.

kesarri powder          - As Required for color
Chili powder              - 1/2 cup
turmeric powder        - 1/2 tsp
lemon                        - 1/2 
Coriander leaf           - 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:-

STEP 2 - Heat butter and oil in a cooker and add cloves, cardamom,etc.,
