Tomato sauce recipe | Tomato ketchup

Prepare Tomato sauce at your home by yourself. Easy and simple way for preparing ketchup at home.

INGREDIENTS:-

Tomato(chosen) - 15 nos
Butter - 2 tsp
cloves - 3 nos
cardamom - 3 nos
cinnamon sticks - 1 no
soy sauce - 2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
Honey (or) sugar - 3 cups



Tomato sauce



PROCEDURE:-

STEP 1 - Clean the tomato and cut it in to small pieces then grind the tomato in to fine mixture.

STEP 2 - Heat pan with butter then add cloves, cinnamon sticks and cardamom to the butter.

STEP 3 - then add grained tomato to the pan.

STEP 4 - Stir well until the tomato mixture get cooked.

STEP 5 - after the tomato cooked well add honey or suger and mix well. 

STEP 6 - Then add soy sauce and pinch of salt.

STEP 7 - Boil the mixture well and serve it hot with snakes and fried rice.

Veg - Fried rice recipe

Fried Rice with vegtables. 

INGREDIENTS:-

Basmati rice             - 2 cups
Onion                       - 2 nos ( chopped)
Spring onion            - small bunch (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste  - 2 tsp
peas cooked            - a handful
Carrot                      - 3 nos (chopped)
Beans                      - 5g (or) 5 nos (chopped)
Capcicum                - 2 nos (Chopped)
Soy sauce               - 4 tsp
vineger                    - 2 tsp
Salt                          - As requird
Butter                       - 2tsp
Cloves                     - 3 nos
Cardamom              - 3 nos
cinnamon sticks      - 1 no
pepper powder        - 2tsp.

PROCEDURE:-


STEP 1 - Cook the rice alone in salt water with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon. And filter the rice without water.

STEP 2 - Heat butter in a pan the add onion, ginger garlic paste and stir it well.

STEP 3 - Add peas, carrots, beans,spring onion, capsicum and pepper powder to the pan then stir well until the vegetables cooked.

STEP 4 - Add soy sauce and vinegar the stir well. Step 5 - Mix cooked rice to the cooked vegetables pan.

STEP 6 - Mix well without breaking the rice.

STEP 7 - After mixing the rice with ingredients garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.

STEP 8 - Serve it hot with Tomato sauce.

Gobi Manchurian recipe

Now a days everyone likes to eat snacks. Gobi Manchurian is a snacks made with deep fried Cauliflower.


I will give you a strong and easy recipe method for cooking Gobi Manchurian at home. Note the below given ingredients and preparation procedure for the recipe and try it your self at home for your husband and children.




Gobi Manchurian


INGREDIENTS:-


Cauliflower                   - 1 No 
Gram Flour                  - 2 cups
Corn flour                    - 1/2 cup
Salt                              - As Required
Ginger garlic paste      - 1/2 cup
Green Chilies               - 5 Nos (chopped)
Onion                           - 2 (cut in to small size pieces)
Soy sauce                    - 1/4 cup
Chili sauce                   - 1/4 cup
Tomato ketchup            - 4-5 tbsp
Spring Onion                - a small bunch (chopped)
Coriander Leaves         -1 cup (chopped)
Oil for deep fry 




PROCEDURE:-


STEP 1 - Clean Cauliflower and cut it in to pieces for fry.

STEP 2 - Mix together the gram flour, corn flour, salt (as required , a few drops of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste and water to make a batter.

STEP 3 - Add some chili power in the batter ,the batter should not be more thick.

STEP 4 - Dip the Cauliflower pieces in the batter mixture and rest it for 30 minutes.

STEP 5 - Fry the cauliflower pieces in the oil pan, fry deeply till it became golden brown.

STEP 6 - Heat up 5 tbsp of oil in the pan, add ginger garlic paste to the oil and stir well.

STEP 7 - Then add green chilies, Capsicum, `Spring onion, onion and stir the mixture for few minutes.

STEP 8 - Add the fried Cauliflower pieces to the gravy on the pan and mix well without breaking the pieces.

STEP 9 - Add more sauces to Gobi Manchurian if required for taste.

STEP 10- Garnish Gobi Manchurian with coriander leaves and Spring onion. Serve Gobi Manchurian hot as snacks for your children or else with Chapatis.
